DESCRIPTION:
Omega Speedmaster 'Racing', known as the Schumacher model due to his role as an Omega Ambassador. This model was available new from 1996 till 1999 and was unveiled on 22nd July 1996 by Michael Schumacher at his go-kart track in Kerpen, Germany.

Based on the Omega Speedmaster reduced, the 'Racing' model as it was officially known by Omega was fitted with the cal. 1141 Automatic movement but with a disctinctive red dial with chequered markers around the perimeter, and 3 yellow chrono hands with white continuous seconds hand. The appearance is stunning.

This particular watch is a 1996 model in exceptional condition, crisp case and serial numbers, speedmaster logo on the reverse, unblemished black tachymeter bezel. The watch comes with both a very clean genuine Omega stainless bracelet with virtually no wear (fit max wrist size of 7") and a brand new very high quality black leather strap with white stitching. There is no original Omega box and papers with this watch but it is absolutely genuine and verified with Omega vintage information with our Omega certificate of authenticity to prove. The watch also comes in a signed genuine Omega travel case also in red. The movement has been inspected and has been recently serviced running beautifully. Stunning watch and a real collectors piece due to the connection with the most famous racing driver in the world.
