-Q- Who are PoshTime.co.uk and how can I be confident in entering into a transaction with you?
-A- PoshTime.co.uk is owned by Armstrong & Co Ltd and run by Directors, Robin Armstrong, who also created Madaboutwatches.co.uk and his wife Linda.  We have a genuine love and enthusiasm for watches which shows itself in our honest, friendly service and  large number of returning customers.  When you place an order with us we will email you at every stage from ordering to shipping to give you confidence throughout the transaction. Our online payment system is backed by WorldPay one of the largest ecommerce providers in the world.

-Q- Do you offer a money back guarantee?
-A- We offer a 7 day return option on all watches. If after sale you find a fault with the watch that wasn't declared in the description, or similarly if you feel the watch was mis-described in anyway you can return it for a full refund minus postage costs. Please visit our terms page for full details of our Refund Guarantee policy. We absolutely guarantee authenticity on all our watches.

-Q- Do you provide a warranty and guarantee timekeeping?
-A- All our watches are checked for before sale including a check on time keeping but we don't guarantee a standard of timekeeping due to the wide variation of movement quality, wear and operating conditions of mechanical watches.  Some of our watches are over 30 years old and in some cases accurate timekeeping is not possible and certainly not to standards typical of Quartz watches.  If gross timing errors (typically >3-4mins per day ) are experienced after sale we will generally offer to repair or service the watch for you free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot provide a formal warranty on vintage watches due to their continued operation relying on how they are treated.
